Fabiola M. Vigil, a lifelong resident of Taos passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family on July 29th, 2011. She is preceeded in death by her beloved husband, Bences Vigil, infant son, Allen Marcus, her parents, Luciano and Floriada Martinez, siblings, Susana Martinez, Juanita Vargas, Luciano Martinez Jr. She is survived by her five sons, James (Gloria), Allen (Geraldine), Jerome (Kitty), Mario (Carla), Keith (Liz); brother, Miguel Martinez, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Fabiola provided a loving, spiritual environment for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-granchildren. She lived a beautiful life and was well-known as kind, generous, thoughtful, respectful, and a devoted mother, grandmother, and parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Parish.

The family of Fabiola would like to express sincere gratitude for all the loving support and care provided to their mother in her final days.

Public visitation will be held on Monday, August 01, 2011 at 3-5 PM at Rivera Chapel. Rosary will be recited on Monday, August 01, 2011 at 7 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, August 02, 2011 at 11 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Interment with be held on Wednesday, August 03, 2011 at 9:45 AM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
