My deepest condolence to the Ortiz and Velasquez families on the passing of such a lovely and soft spoken woman, Ruby. Ruby and Orlando are great friends of my father and mother, Uruslo and Carlotta Ortiz. They traveled and visited with each other and had great times together. I always enjoyed their company.
